Warranty & Returns - Champion Battery Sales

Product Guarantee: All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and it is within 30 days of purchase we will refund the full price of the product. We will refund shipping costs only if it is our error (wrong item shipped) otherwise the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Return Authorization: All returns within 30 days of the purchase date can be returned for a full refund or exchange. All products must be returned in it's original box and packing materials provided by the manufacturer. All freight charges will paid by the customer unless Champion Battery has sent the wrong item. Upon receipt and a replacement shipped Champion Battery will issue a refund relative to standard ground shipping.

A return authorization number must accompany all returns. No return will be accepted without one. To obtain your authorization number e-mail at rma@champion-battery-sales.com. Please include you name, address, phone, serial number of the product and the reason for return. You will receive you RMA number by return email within 48 hours.
Warranties: Product warranties are made buy the manufacturer. Most of these warranties are for two years from the purchase date. Champion Battery may from time to time offer extended warranties contact us at sales@champion-battery-sales.com for details.
